Concierge and Travel-Planning Fees
Aether & Aqua Travel collects concierge and travel-planning fees through Tern's service-fee functionality, which is connected to Stripe for payment processing.
When you pay a concierge or planning fee, Tern may generate and manage the service-fee invoice and track the transaction, while Stripe processes the actual payment.
Stripe may collect and process information necessary to complete the transaction. This may include:

Travel Supplier Payment Authorizations
Travel reservations may require a credit-card authorization or other payment information to be provided to a travel supplier.

Aether & Aqua Travel does not maintain a separate website-based or independent payment-card database outside the third-party systems used for these transactions.
Important Security Notice
We do not collect, request, or discuss payment-card information during Google Meet consultations.
For your protection, do not send full credit-card numbers, security codes (CVV/CVC), passwords, or other sensitive payment information by ordinary email, text message, Google Meet chat, Facebook Messenger, or other unsecured communication methods.
If payment information is required, we will direct you to the appropriate secure payment or authorization process.

Planning and booking travel often requires us to share appropriate information with third parties involved in providing your trip.

Aether & Aqua Travel is a Registered Independent Agent with WorldVia Travel .
WorldVia is used in connection with certain agency and commission-management functions. Aether & Aqua Travel remains your travel advisor and your primary business relationship for the services we provide.
For commission tracking, we may provide WorldVia with your first and last name, travel dates and locations, and the names of the third-party vendors used to book your travel. We do not enter other client or traveler information into WorldVia's commission-management system for this purpose.
WorldVia's own privacy practices and policies may apply to information it receives.

Text Messages
Text messages are used for service-related communications with clients and prospective clients who are communicating with us about travel services. We do not use text messaging for marketing or promotional purposes and do not operate a separate promotional SMS subscription program .
Text messages may be used for matters such as answering an inquiry, coordinating a consultation, communicating about a reservation, providing trip updates, addressing travel changes, or assisting a client during travel.
For sensitive information, including payment-card information, we will direct you to an appropriate secure system rather than asking you to send that information through ordinary text messages.
We may use WhatsApp for client communications when appropriate, particularly when clients are traveling and may not have reliable access to their normal cellular service.
WhatsApp is not our primary client-record system. Important client and traveler information should be maintained through Tern or another appropriate business system.
Facebook Messenger
We may use Facebook Messenger when clients or prospective clients choose to communicate with us through Facebook.
Facebook Messenger is not our primary client-record system. Information that needs to become part of your official client or travel record may be transferred to Tern or another appropriate business system.
Email and Other Communications
Email and other ordinary communication methods may be used for routine business correspondence.
Because different communication platforms have their own privacy and security practices, information sent through those platforms may also be subject to their respective privacy policies.
9. Google Meet and Granola
Google Meet
We use Google Meet to conduct consultations.
Google Meet is used as a video-conferencing platform. Aether & Aqua Travel does not record Google Meet consultations.
Payment-card information is not collected or discussed during Google Meet consultations .
Google's privacy practices and terms may apply to information processed through Google Meet.
Granola
We may use Granola during some Google Meet consultations to help us capture information discussed during the meeting.
When Granola is used:
